technical assistance (TA) Program

The bedrock component of Sector Transformation, the National Rapid Response TA Program provides TA to HIV service organizations across the nation experiencing or anticipating organizational transition.

The program’s goal is to equip organizations with the tools and support needed to make responsible, strategic decisions regarding their future — whether that involves adapting their current model, pursuing growth, winding down operations, or merging with another organization.

Once you complete our comprehensive organizational assessment, you can schedule time with one of our TA experts to discuss your results and develop a TA plan that addresses selected opportunities via:

  • Up to 5 hours of Consultation and TA with experienced Sector Transformation staff
  • Support for targeted leadership, operations, and/or strategic planning challenges
  • Referral to TA Community Support Network, as appropriate
  • Package value: Over $1,000.00
